Marta Sánchez Serrano

Marta was appointed CEO of RESA in September 2024. RESA is Spain’s leading private and vertically integrated student accommodation platform, operating 11,500 beds across 23 cities. She began her career at McKinsey and has since held leadership roles at Pepe Jeans, Ahold, and Vodafone. At Vodafone, she was the Global Director of Omnichannel & Distribution, leading digital and commercial channel transformation across 14 markets.
